Vagabond: Volume 30

by Takehiko Inoue, based on the novel Musashi by Eiji Yoshikawa, 204 pages

Musashi debates with his visitors, and with himself, about the concept of invincibility while his friends and former enemies wax philosophical and worry over his future.

What is a sword, why is it beautiful, what does it mean to wield one? Musashi has striven to be "invincible under the sun" for so long, but what is it he's really chasing after? So significant is Musashi's existence that even the dead have a stake in his decisions as he and Kojirô take their first steps beyond their personal crossroads.
