Crossed seemed to be a much better book than Matched. I admit there was little action, but it gave the histories of the Society and the characters that I had wanted from Matched.

Cassia travels to the Outer Provinces to find Ky, only to find he’s escaped. Following clues he’s left for Cassia, they eventually meet up and make their way to the Resistance, only to be sorted and separated again. Ky becomes a pilot and Cassia goes back to the Society.

I will read the third and final installment only because I want to know who the Pilot is/was, what are those vials for and will Xander die for Cassia.
