The book ends with the walrus performing a fantastic feat, giving the zookeeper a brilliant idea to attract visitors to the zoo and saving walrus from his potential wrath. This is the kind of picture book that parents, teachers, and librarians love because it encourages audience interaction and participation in telling the story and deciphering what all is going on. Kids will love its silliness and the fact that walrus avoids getting in trouble! The illustrations are bold and graphic with a retro look about them. One of my newest faves in children's department!
I just checked this one out and it looks like so much fun!
